Browser memory and contact fields
The enquiry builder holds your name, email, description and notes in the current browser page's memory. Those fields are not sent to a website form endpoint by these tools. Internal navigation and language changes can preserve that working memory. Reloading or closing the page clears unsaved text. Avoid using the tools as the only place where you keep an important project record; export the text you need to retain.
Public selections and optional drafts
The tools may store public reference IDs and comparison selections in local storage on your device. The explicit save-draft action stores predefined options and numeric targets, such as garment choice and target GSM. It excludes names, email addresses, descriptions, notes and other free text. A saved draft is available to people who use the same browser profile. Clear the draft and selections when you no longer need them.
Photos and exported files
An image you choose for the observation board is read locally for screen viewing. The tool does not upload it, analyse it into dimensions or add it automatically to a message. TXT and CSV exports become files on your device; printing uses your browser and chosen print destination. You control those files and any later sharing. CSV text is escaped to reduce spreadsheet formula interpretation.
Email, WhatsApp and external websites
Email and WhatsApp buttons prepare a destination and message text in your own app or external service. You decide whether to send and attach files there. Their service providers process information under their own policies. Links to Fred Textile open an external website. The builder does not claim delivery, store a received enquiry or operate a mailing subscription. Contact text does not appear in internal page URLs or tool analytics.
Hosting, analytics and clearing controls
The site runs on WordPress with Hostinger hosting and cache services. Ordinary page requests can produce server access records, including request and network information. WordPress administration has its own sign-in cookies and access controls. Google Analytics 4 measures visits and page use. It may set analytics cookies and process page, browser, device and network information under Google's policies. The site's tools do not send entered contact details, uploaded images or enquiry text to analytics. Use Clear draft and selections to remove the tool's saved keys and current entries. For operator questions, contact the published business address and identify the website.

Questions for this step
Does changing language send or translate my typed text?
Internal language navigation preserves your original entries in browser memory. It changes interface labels and page content, while your typed text remains in the language you used.
Does the save button retain my email or notes?
The optional persistent draft excludes contact fields and all free text. Public selections, predefined choices and numeric targets can be saved on the device.
How do I clear the tool's saved information?
Use Clear draft and selections. It removes the tool's local-storage keys and resets the current selections, entries and prepared records. Download a record first if you want to keep it.
